Instant Confirmation: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
Your Voucher: Included in your confirmation email is a digital voucher. This voucher serves as your proof of booking. Please have it ready on your mobile device (or a printed copy) to show our staff or your driver upon arrival.
- Full Refund: To receive a 100% refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour start time.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the tour start time are not eligible for a refund.
- Processing Refunds: Approved refunds are credited back to the original card used via Stripe. Please note that bank processing times may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Self-Arrival: If you are driving to the park yourself, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session starts to check in with your voucher.
No-Show Policy: If you are not present at the pickup location or the park at the scheduled time, the booking will be marked as a “No-Show” and is non-refundable.
Weather: Tours operate in rain or shine. In the rare event of extreme weather that compromises safety, we will contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
