Last two nights before Phu-Chan was sick. His body temperature very high. We were so worries that he maybe have got viruses. We invited doctor come to our camp. Doctor suggested to send Phu-Chan to hospital and we did decide like that too. At that night, we had send Phu-Chan to the elephant hospital centre at Lampang province.
But Phu-Chan is still only one and a half year. He need to get breast milk form his mom. That time, we had no choice. We called the truck to pick up Phu-Cha and Boon-Yuen (Phu-Chan’s mom) go together at the hospital. We can not separate them because of breastfeeding.
Now, Phu-Chan and his mom still at elephant hospital. Doctor done brood test for Phu-Chan. We are still waiting for results. Hopefully, he is not get any virus.
Phu-Chan had eaten too much soil when he felt not well last two day before. Doctor give tamarind and salt to Phu-Chan and let him a lot of water to excrete waste out from his stomach. We have to keep looking Phu-Cha all the time to make sure that he getting well even he is now already in doctor hands.
